RS-232 Host single board computer
This single board computer is specially designed to be used in situations where a user needs to send a specific character or string of characters to a serial device based on a button press. This board contains eighteen on-board buttons that can be individually programmed to send an assigned ASCII string whenever pressed.
Simple to use: 1. Assign ASCII strings to a particular button on the board via a PC 2. Unplug the board from the PC and plug it into your target system 3. Press the appropriate button — the ASCII string is sent from the RS-232 Host board to the target system

Comes in two versions: ALE601 — Board with no on-board switches, includes headers for off-board cabling to 12 external switches ALE602 — Board with 18 on-board switches and headers
